l know that a gastric ulcer is an inflammation so why would not you take an anti-inflammatory drug like aspirin? What would happen if you do?
and what will happen if you ignore the ulcer?

Aspirin acts differently for ur stomach than it does the rest of ur body.It would cause more acid that can make ur gastric ulcer worse. There r cheap perscription drugs u can take like the generic form of Protonix that will calm ur stomach.
If u ignore the ulcer, u will probably get really sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, sometimes it can get so bad u may end up in the hospital. If u can not get a hold of medicine right away, the best u can do is avoid stress, smoking, bad food, drinking alcohol, & whatever u think caused u to have the ulcer in the first place.
You do not want to take risks with ur stomach; because it is really important to ur overall health.
